(More customer reviews)I am a relatively new quilter... started only 3 years ago and just started doing my own machine quilting.
Harriet Hargrave's book of Heirloom quilting by machine are great because it opens your mind. But this book fills in all of the details like HOW to handle the quilt thru the machine. My favorite tips are about making a "mashed potato gravy well" of fabric, and how to go about tackling a quilting project (did you know not to start out stippling?)!!
My quilting has improved SO MUCH imediately after I read this book. I found out why I was getting broken threads and knots!! I really recommend this one!!
